I make the headpins (onto which the heart and pearl are threaded) from a thicker sterling silver wire than normal manufactured ones. * SIZE: The heart is 10mm, with a 5.5-6mm grade A+ pearl and a 13mm turtle charm. I solder the loop of the charm to ensure it won't come apart to avoid it being lost.
